Our next North Carolina real estate pre-licensing course starts on January 28 and will run through April 15. Classes will be held via Zoom on Wednesday and Friday mornings* from 9 AM to 1 PM. Most FAQs regarding the real estate broker license can be answered by visiting https://www.ncrec.gov/Education/PreFAQ. *Please note there will be no class on March 11 or 13, and the class retest (if needed) is scheduled for April 17.

At Foundations Real Estate School, our sincere desire is to light a fire in our students so that they are just as excited about the possibilities as we are and thus willing to put in the work to achieve the goal of obtaining a NC real estate broker license. Foundations is owned by Amanda Shore, a 24 year industry veteran. Amanda is still in production, and this matters because her examples, while informative and educational, are also relevant to today's real estate climate. She taught pre licensing for other schools for 4 years and decided to step out on her own in 2024. The foundation of good practices hasn't changed since she started in 2002, so the logo reflects the importance of a strong foundation as well as the possibilities made available down the road by diving into the industry NOW.
